As the Head of AI and Machine Learning, you will lead transformative AI initiatives, from model design and development to deployment and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory expectations. Your role will integrate advanced analytics into the banking domain, overseeing MLOps frameworks, managing high-performing teams, and delivering value through predictive insights and automation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI/ML strategies aligned with the bank's digital transformation goals
• Oversee the full AI model lifecycle including data sourcing, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
• Ensure best practices in MLOps and model governance using platforms such as Azure ML, Databricks, and Spark
• Lead a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists in delivering production-grade models
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions
• Apply advanced techniques such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and deep learning in solving business problems

Job Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related discipline

• Proven track record in banking, financial services, or fintech environments
