Job Description
Our client, a leading government entity, is looking for a Head of Policy & Strategy to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This person would be responsible for strategic analysis and research with regards to new programs in higher education and public sector engagement.
The role:
- Take charge of strategic planning and analysis pertaining to the emirate\'s economic development
- Maintain internal & external communication with other departments and key government entities
- Share ideas to enhance the Policy & Strategy department through clear and concise presentations
- Lead design and implementation of new programs to cultivate the company\'s objectives
- Work closely with CEO and Department Head in matters regarding performance, organizational planning, and strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in management, policy advisory or strategic planning
- Bachelor\'s degree in economics, finance, public policy or related field
- Graduate degree in related field (preferred)
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to successfully handle multiple projects at once
