Job Description
The Head of Products will define and execute the product vision and strategy for fintech offerings including cards, payments, B2B, insurance, and embedded finance. The role drives international expansion, ensuring localisation, compliance, and market competitiveness.
- Own and evolve product strategy across consumer and merchant offerings
- Lead squads across App, CVM, Payments, B2B, Insurance and Embedded Finance
- Develop fintech-as-a-service models via APIs, SDKs and embedded tools
- Drive international rollout and localisation across diverse markets
- Define and track KPIs including downloads, revenue and user engagement
- Advise senior leadership and build strategic external partnerships
- Build and mentor a multi-country product team across key markets
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years in fintech or financial services product leadership
- Proven success launching and scaling fintech products across domains
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Deep knowledge of fintech technologies and product lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
