Our client who is a government organization based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire a Head of Partnerships who would oversee the successful implementation of all agreements and outreach programs and initiatives following standards to expand the reach of potential partners

Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to establish strength with relevant institutions, agencies, organizations and departments to support the priorities of the entity
- Identify needs and lead the implementation of outreach plans to reach out to potential partners
- Work with departments, sections, and internal stakeholders to discuss the requirements of strategic partnerships to understand and negotiate to ensure that relationships are built and agreements are made
- Lead the search for new strategic alliances for the various projects
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and seminars and submit findings and requirements to management and stakeholder teams as needed
- Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into section business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing sectional strategies
- Manage the preparation and recommend the section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget

Requirements:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of Strategic Planning or in the field of Managing Partnerships
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, International Affairs, Strategic Planning, Policy, Public Relations or equivalent
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi and will require the candidate to be based there
