Job Description
Developing and overseeing the implementation of the institutional partnerships strategy in a manner that achieves the organization's objectives and enhances integration with its partners in the public and private sectors.
Preparing the division's operational projects, ensuring their alignment with the department's strategic plans, and overseeing their implementation.
Developing and reviewing policies and procedures related to partnership management and development, and overseeing their implementation.
Supervising and participating in the preparation of the annual partner requirements plan, in coordination with the relevant organizational units within the organization.
Managing the identification of strategic opportunities for new partnerships locally and internationally that contribute to service improvement and the enhancement of institutional performance efficiency, in coordination with relevant organizational units.
Overseeing the preparation of feasibility studies and recommendations for proposed partnerships, and assessing the associated risks and expected returns, in coordination with relevant organizational units.
Overseeing the preparation of partnership-related risk management plans and establishing preventive measures to ensure the continuity of cooperation.
Qualifications
A master's degree requires 6 years of experience in partnership management, public relations, or an equivalent field.
A bachelor's degree requires 8 years of experience in partnership management, public relations, or an equivalent field.
