We are seeking a visionary and relationship-driven

Head of Partnerships

to lead the strategy, development, and execution of meaningful collaborations that drive growth and visibility for the organization. This senior role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business development acumen, and stakeholder management experience.

The ideal candidate will identify partnership opportunities, negotiate win-win collaborations, and ensure high-impact outcomes with corporates, institutions, and ecosystem enablers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead the overall partnerships strategy aligned with the company's business goals Identify and evaluate potential partners, including corporates, associations, government bodies, and community groups Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, MOUs, and co-branded initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, and sales teams to deliver and track partnership success Develop joint go-to-market campaigns, co-hosted events, and strategic activations with partners Track partnership KPIs, ensure timely reporting, and optimize performance Represent the brand at networking events, expos, conferences, and high-level forums

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances Proven track record of building B2B, B2G, or ecosystem partnerships Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of marketing, events, or product-led collaborations Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal writing, and presentation development Ability to work across teams and lead projects from ideation to execution

Preferred:

Existing network in corporate, startup, or institutional ecosystems UAE experience and knowledge of local partnership dynamics Experience in HR, tech, education, marketing, or events industry Immediate joiners or short notice preferred

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
