Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Head of Parent Experience and Engagement to join our growing network of super-premium schools in the UAE.
We are seeking an exceptional professional to champion the parent voice and lead initiatives that ensure an outstanding customer experience across our schools. This newly created role will be central to our mission to deliver a world-class, family-centric journey that matches the quality of education we provide.
The role:
We seek an individual to join as Head of Parent Experience and Engagement, where your focus will be:

• Leading and enhancing the parent and student onboarding experience, ensuring every new family feels welcomed, informed, and connected from enrolment through to their first days at school.
• Driving parent engagement, satisfaction, and retention through improved communication tools, data insights, and consistent service excellence.
• Analysing parent surveys and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement across all stages of the parent lifecycle.
• Overseeing retention and offboarding, ensuring departing families experience a seamless and supportive transition within the Nord Anglia network.
• Collaborating with admissions, marketing, and school leadership teams to ensure our customer journey reflects the values and standards of a premium international brand.

The successful candidate will possess:

• 5+ years' experience in customer experience, marketing, or client services, ideally within premium education, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong skills in journey mapping, onboarding design, and satisfaction measurement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving customer-centric change.
• Highly organised, data-literate, and passionate about delivering an exceptional parent experience.
• Experience in an international school or parent-facing role is an advantage.
