Position Summary:
The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals. This role drives operational excellence, optimizes processes, and manages cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee day-to-day company operations, including project management, service delivery, and process improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other department heads (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance) to ensure smooth coordination across functions.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Report operational performance and progress to the executive team and board of directors.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, data analysis, and performance/operation metrics.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and operations management software.
