Head of Operations

to lead and optimize our day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the complete operational workflow of the gaming platform, ensuring efficiency and performance across all departments. Coordinate with product, marketing, customer support, finance, and tech teams to deliver a smooth, reliable, and high-performing gaming experience. Manage and improve operational processes including player onboarding, payments, KYC, risk management, and game performance tracking. Monitor platform KPIs, transactions, and revenue performance, providing insights and strategic improvements. Ensure platform compliance with regulations and implement responsible gaming practices. Lead operational planning and strategy aligned with business goals and market trends. Build and manage vendor relationships, payment providers, and third-party gaming partners. Lead, mentor, and manage an operations team with clear performance objectives. Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality. Collaborate with the leadership team on growth plans, product expansions, and market opportunities.
Requirements

5+ years of operations management experience, with at least 2 years in the online gaming or iGaming industry. Strong knowledge of gaming operations, payment systems, player management, fraud/risk handling, and customer operations. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Additional language skills (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada) are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, performance-driven environment. Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset and attention to operational details. Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance will be an added advantage.
