, is expanding and looking for an experienced and driven

Head of Airbnb Operations

to lead and scale our Airbnb and holiday homes portfolio.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands

short-term rentals, pricing strategy, guest experience, and operational excellence

, and can build a high-performing rental business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Airbnb / short-term rental vertical end-to-end Oversee onboarding of properties into the Nestwood Homes portfolio Manage listings across Airbnb and other OTAs (pricing, availability, optimization) Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability through pricing and yield strategies Oversee guest experience, reviews, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management Develop SOPs for operations, check-ins, check-outs, and property upkeep Coordinate with internal sales, interiors, and realty teams Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards Build and manage a team as the portfolio grows

Requirements

Proven experience in

Airbnb / short-term rentals / hospitality management

Strong understanding of OTA platforms, dynamic pricing, and revenue management Experience managing multiple properties or portfolios Excellent leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer-handling abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with execution focus
