Job Description
We are hiring an Operations Manager
to oversee daily field operations, team coordination, and service quality across our holiday-home housekeeping business.Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations, job schedules, and field teams Monitor service quality & resolve issues Coordinate with customer support, drivers, and cleaning crews Ensure inventory availability & proper packing for each job Track performance, KPIs, and improve workflow efficiency Liaise with management for reporting & planning
Requirements
Experience in operations or team supervision Strong communication & multitasking skills Good English, organized, and reliable Must be ready to work in fast-paced service environment
Salary:
AED 5,000Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
