Responsible for operational leadership of the dental clinic network. Ensures operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, compliance, and supports scaling of the business.
Position Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience:
Over 5 years of experience in healthcare management or administration of medical setting, preferably in dental
Proven experience in managing staff, operations, and budgets within a healthcare facility
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance, especially in the UAE
Responsibilities of the Position:
The candidate is expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Clinic Operations:
Lead daily operations across multiple clinics. Optimize patient flow, chair utilization, scheduling, and front-desk processes to ensure a seamless patient journey.
SOPs & Compliance
Oversee implementation and adherence to SOPs. Ensure all clinics meet DHA/MOH regulations, prepare for inspections/audits, and maintain necessary documentation
Operational KPIs
Monitor metrics such as patient throughput, appointment waiting times, productivity of staff, revenue per chair, and cost efficiencies.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage clinic operational and support staff. Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and high morale.
Collaboration with Clinical Leaders
Work closely with Clinical Directors / Heads of Department to ensure operational support aligns with clinical protocols and quality standards.
Digital Transformation
Drive adoption of clinic management software, tele-dentistry systems, CRM tools, and dashboards to ensure data-driven decisions
New Clinic Launches
Manage operational aspects of new clinic openings, from facility readiness, staff hiring, system installations to licensing and commissioning.
Vendor & External Relations
Build strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, regulatory bodies (DHA/MOH), and business partners
Process Improvements
Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process optimizations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient care standards.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills (Ability to motivate and develop staff)
Knowledge of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource management
Experience in implementing policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and hold teams accountable through KPIs and regular performance reviews
Resourceful, with a proactive approach to resolving patient and operational challenges.
Familiar with UAE healthcare regulations (DHA, MOH), licensing processes, and compliance protocols.
Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Able to align operations with growth strategies, scale processes, and support acquisitions or new clinic launches.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with cross-functional teams, clinicians, and external stakeholders.
Financial acumen, Ability to oversee on accounting processes, manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
Proficiency in clinic management software and general office applications
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Any relevant certifications in healthcare management or business administration including:
DHA Licensure - Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional (CHAP)
