As our Head of Operations, you will play a critical role, ensuring the smooth functioning of our global payment's operations. You will be responsible for operational excellence across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with compliance, product and tech to optimize internal processes and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities:

Lead global operations across multiple time zones and jurisdictions, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency. Oversee payment processing, reconciliation, payment operations, and partner integrations. Design and implement scalable processes to support growth and multiple partner integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client onboarding, support, and transactional performance. Manage vendor relationships, including payment service providers, banks, and infrastructure partners. Drive risk management and incident response planning within operations. Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor performance and continuously optimize operations. Lead and mentor a global operations teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in payments or fintech operations, with a strong track record of leadership. Deep understanding of cross-border payments, transaction flows, and financial infrastructure. Experience operating in regulated environments and across multiple jurisdictions. Proven ability to scale operational teams and systems in high-growth fintech environments. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with hands-on familiarity with tools for process optimization and reporting. Experience working in a scale-up environment. Familiarity with API-based payment systems, digital wallets, and foreign exchange.
