Head of Operations ( Corporate Services) Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Operations to drive efficiency and streamline processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives and drive efficiency. Lead and motivate a team of 20+ employees, fostering collaboration and high performance. Optimize operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational excellence. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness. Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management with data-driven recommendations. Qualifications & Skills : Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management within a corporate service provider environment. Strong leadership experience managing teams of 20+ employees with a track record of achieving business goals. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in operational tools and technologies to optimize workflows and boost productivity.
