Job Description
WeaEUR(TM)re hiring a Head of Operations to oversee a modern LNG/LPG/FSRU fleet managed out of Qatar. This is a senior-level position focused on safe, compliant, and commercially sound operations, managing both third-party managers and direct ship operations across the Gulf and beyond. The Role YouaEUR(TM)ll be responsible for the overall performance of the fleet, from cargo and compliance to vetting, terminal approvals, SMS, STS, voyage planning, and emergency response. ThereaEUR(TM)s a strong interface with charterers, terminals, and internal stakeholders to ensure the ships are operating to the highest industry standards. This is a wide ranging post with direct oversight of Operations Superintendents, youaEUR(TM)ll lead vetting, port compatibility, performance reviews, and act as a key link between stakeholders on all marine operational matters. About You A Master Mariner ticket with at least 10 yearsaEUR(TM) experience, including command time on LNG or LPG vessels and a strong track record in a senior shore-based operational role. Prior experience managing third-party technical managers and working in multicultural environments is key. This is a high-impact role at the core of fleet performance and safety.
