2. Business Understanding & Commercial Insight
Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to align operations with financial and business objectives.
Contribute to business reviews, cost optimization discussions, and performance analysis of subsidiaries or ventures.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, or new revenue channels through operational improvements.
3. Executive Coordination
Act as the coordination point between the CEO, departments, and external partners.
Prepare executive briefs, meeting summaries, and follow-up trackers for internal and external discussions.
Support the CEO in business meetings, ensuring all operational and financial data are properly prepared and presented.
4. Organizational Efficiency
Improve workflow, communication, and reporting systems across departments.
Establish consistent reporting formats and ensure timely submission of progress reports and KPIs.
Build a culture of accountability and proactive execution.
5. Governance, Confidentiality & Leadership
Ensure that all internal operations comply with corporate procedures and governance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
10-15 years
of progressive experience in operations, strategy execution, or corporate services within a
holding company, family group, or semi-government organization
in the UAE.
Strong understanding of
business operations, finance coordination, and strategic planning processes.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and translate executive vision into deliverable results.
Fluent in
English
