Royalgulf Electronics Trading LLC SP is a UAE-based electronics trading company specializing in refurbished IT equipment such as laptops, servers, hard drives, and other components. We work closely with global IT asset disposition (ITAD) companies and are expanding our presence across the world.

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Head of Marketing with a strong background in the IT or electronics industry. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in LinkedIn marketing, B2B content creation, and branding strategy--with a proven record of driving business growth and brand visibility in a technical product space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals

2. Create impactful content for LinkedIn and other B2B channels to engage IT industry professionals

3. Enhance the company's digital presence, especially in refurbished electronics and ITAD markets

4. Collaborate with the sales team to drive inbound leads and qualified B2B opportunities

5. Oversee brand positioning, campaigns, and communication materials

6. Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and report ROI

7. Plan and manage trade show participation, digital ads, and outbound marketing

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the IT, electronics, or tech industry

2. Strong portfolio in B2B content marketing and LinkedIn campaign management

3. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing platforms

4. Deep understanding of IT products and refurbished market trends

5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

6. Leadership experience managing a small marketing team or function

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience working with ITAD companies or refurbished electronics trading

2. Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite

3. Ability to create technical product content tailored for international clients
