Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing with deep experience in nightlife, events, and hospitality, ideally gained within globally recognised, experience-led brands such as

BrewDog

and

Swingers,

to lead brand growth, audience engagement, and revenue-driving marketing strategies across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual marketing and brand strategies aligned with venue performance and commercial targets. Lead 360 campaigns across digital, social media, content, influencer partnerships, and on-ground activations. Oversee all creative direction, visual identity, content production, and storytelling for Rise Hospitality brands. Drive digital performance marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, paid social, and data-driven audience targeting. Lead marketing for weekly nightlife events, artist bookings, brand collaborations, seasonal campaigns, and venue launches. Build and maintain strong partnerships with promoters, entertainment agencies, media, and key nightlife stakeholders. Manage marketing budget, timelines, internal teams, external agencies, and creative partners. Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints, enhancing guest engagement and loyalty.

Requirements

8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in hospitality, nightlife, events, or entertainment. Proven success driving footfall, brand visibility, and revenue for nightlife or F&B concepts. Strong understanding of Dubai's nightlife, entertainment trends, and audience behaviors. Expertise in social media, digital strategy, content creation, and influencer marketing. Demonstrated experience leading influencer and creator marketing campaigns for hospitality or entertainment brands, with measurable commercial impact. Experience managing artists, DJs, promoters, and entertainment-driven campaigns is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
