B. Corporate Communication & Reputation Management
Manage internal and external corporate communication, ensuring full alignment with company values and leadership direction.
Lead PR, media relations, award submissions, brand features, and industry visibility.
Act as the custodian of the company's reputation, including crisis communication and stakeholder messaging.
C. Digital, Social Media & Content Leadership
Own and lead the digital strategy: website, SEO, social media, paid campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and analytics.
Build and manage a content engine that highlights project excellence, innovation, culture, thought leadership, and client testimonials.
Track digital performance via dashboards and ensure continuous improvement.
D. Business Enablement & Sales Support
Collaborate with leadership to support business development through high-quality marketing assets.
Manage and update corporate presentations, brochures, case studies, project photography, videography, and pitch materials.
Enable commercial teams with client-driven insights, industry trends, and brand-aligned sales tools.
E. Events, Partnerships & Brand Activations
Lead corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and brand activations.
Build and manage partnerships--vendors, creative agencies, CSR partners, wellness partners, etc.
Strengthen employer branding through compelling campaigns, internal storytelling, and workforce engagement initiatives.
F. Leadership, Governance & Systems
Establish marketing SOPs, brand guidelines, approval workflows, and governance standards for consistency.
Build and lead a strong internal marketing team with clear KPIs and service delivery expectations.
Ensure full alignment with company governance, DOA, quarterly OKRs, reporting cadence, and performance dashboards.
Maintain high levels of documentation, process discipline, and quality control.

Proven experience:
8+ years in sales & marketing leadership within luxury, interiors, fit-out, real estate sectors.

Access to or experience building relationships with UHNWIs, developers, and luxury stakeholders
Results-driven:
Track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million sales targets.
