Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for the Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, leading the sales strategy to drive enrollment, and building strong public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility. The role also involves collaborating across teams to ensure consistency in messaging and the achievement of key performance metrics. There will be one month of online training, followed by relocation to Dubai.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management Proficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing market trends Experience in developing and implementing effective Sales strategies Ability to lead Public Relations initiatives to foster brand growth Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the education industry or financial education is an advantage

Must Have

At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Head in any Marketing Agency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
