Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Marketing to lead the brands marketing strategy, with a sharp focus on brand building, digital storytelling, and social media excellence. As the marketing lead, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, creating impactful campaigns, and driving engagement across all platforms to grow a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the brands vision and business goals.
  • Elevate brand positioning through innovative storytelling, campaign creation, and partnerships.
  • Lead all aspects of digital marketing with a heavy focus on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Drive influencer marketing, PR collaborations, and content initiatives that strengthen brand affinity and visibility.
  • Oversee photo shoots, lookbooks, and creative content that aligns with brand aesthetics.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, E-commerce).
  • Stay on top of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to keep the brand culturally relevant.
