Job Purpose:



The Head of Marketing will lead Skin Laundry's global digital marketing initiatives, partnerships, and e- commerce strategy to drive brand growth and customer engagement across all channels. This role is pivotal in establishing scalable frameworks for marketing efforts across the Region's clinic locations, ensuring global brand consistency while tailoring strategies to meet regional needs.

The Head of Marketing will work cross-functionally to expand our digital presence, launch impactful partnerships, and enhance our brand position in the competitive landscape. This position requires full accountability for the comprehensive assessment of marketing department needs and the execution of related tasks to support Skin Laundry's objectives.

Key Responsibilities



1.Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM



Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing efforts, focusing on SEO/SEM strategies to improve brand visibility, traffic, and conversions. Track web traffic and measure community engagement through KPIs, providing actionable insights for campaign enhancement. Review monthly media plans to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and budget accuracy across all platforms and objectives.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting



Analyze customer and web traffic data, assessing trends, customer feedback, and competitor information to drive insights. Track inquiries across communication platforms, including WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, and the website, improving engagement strategies. Generate monthly reports on ROI and KPIs, making strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

3. Marketing Strategy, Budget, and Campaigns



Develop and manage marketing budgets for the UAE and UK, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI. Provide detailed monthly spend breakdowns to accounting, overseeing budget control and pricing strategies for marketing materials. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, managing online ads, and assessing feedback from online reviews. Continuously reassess marketing resources to identify and implement innovative outreach opportunities.

4. Partnerships, Events, and Experiential Marketing



Lead planning and execution of experiential marketing events, collaborating with event teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Identify, develop, and manage partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing brand impact. Engage in community events and establish relationships with local businesses, promoting brand visibility. Coordinate with vendors on the production of marketing materials and ensure regional marketing strategies align with global brand standards.

5. E-commerce Strategy & Product Development



Oversee product development, ensuring alignment of e-commerce presence with business goals. Identify new online sales platforms and geographic markets, expanding Skin Laundry's e-commerce channels and distribution. Lead successful product launches with comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans, including PR, digital, social, events, and CRM integration. Stay updated on industry trends and digital technology to find new marketing opportunities that strengthen the brand.

6. Global CRM System Implementation



Implement and manage a global CRM system to streamline customer interactions and enhance customer experience. Ensure the CRM captures data for campaigns and customer touchpoints, supporting global tracking and data analysis.

7. Content & Paid Media Management



Develop and manage the e-commerce and paid media calendar, aligning it with business goals. Create, review, and optimize dark content and paid media strategies, including Google Ads, to enhance campaign reach and engagement.

8. Market Research & Trends Analysis



Conduct market research to stay attuned to trends and customer needs, ensuring Skin Laundry remains competitive. Monitor competitor activities, devise proactive responses, and recommend innovative approaches to maintain market leadership.

9. Brand Alignment & Strategy Implementation



Create standardized marketing decks for partnerships and onboarding packs for clinics, maintaining consistent brand messaging. Work with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless clinic launches, enhancing customer engagement and revenue growth.

10. Internal Collaboration, Accountability & Support



Take accountability for comprehensively assessing the needs of the marketing department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and support the unit and its team members in a collaborative manner. Collaborate with internal teams to identify data capture gaps and improve data analysis practices. Support and execute department-related tasks to effectively address requirements, contributing to cross- functional goals. Facilitate marketing training initiatives, sharing insights, and aligning team efforts with strategic marketing goals and data-driven decision-making.

11. Ensure Consistent Clinic Support and On-the-Ground Engagement:



Conduct weekly visits to each clinic to assess unique needs, deliver hands-on marketing support, and build strong, collaborative relationships with clinic teams. This approach aims to maximize the impact of marketing efforts and align them closely with each clinic's specific requirements.

Experience Level



8-12+ years in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or head-of-marketing capacity. Proven leadership of multi-market marketing teams (preferably including UK/UAE or international exposure). Demonstrated experience managing both digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Sector Experience



Prior experience in the

beauty, aesthetics, wellness, retail, or lifestyle sectors

is highly preferred. Experience in consumer-facing brands and e-commerce presence

Digital & CRM Proficiency



Strong understanding of digital channels: SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic, email marketing. Strong grasp of data analytics, Google Analytics, and ROI/KPI measurement.

Budget and Strategy Management



Hands-on management of annual marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting. Demonstrated experience aligning strategies with business objectives and ROI outcomes.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership



Experience managing or scaling marketing teams. Cross-functional collaboration with operations, product, sales, and tech teams.

E-commerce & Product Launches



Track record of launching products with 360-degree marketing support.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
