We're looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven

Head of Marketing

to lead and scale our marketing efforts. As HoM, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing function, from brand strategy and digital marketing to product marketing and customer engagement. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's long-term marketing vision and driving growth across all channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals. Lead, manage, and grow the marketing team across all functions, including digital, content, product, and analytics. Drive brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform marketing plans. Oversee the company's digital presence, including website, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives. Manage the marketing budget, optimize spend, and ensure ROI on all campaigns. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging marketing technologies and strategies.

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition. Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing marketing teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms. Ability to think creatively and strategically while executing in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
