ATOLYE is a global design and innovation practice spanning three multidisciplinary verticals--Architecture, Experience Design, and Community & Learning. We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic + English) Strategic Marketing Director who is deeply connected to regional culture, design, and innovation--and who can architect a forward-looking, integrated marketing and PR engine.
This role requires someone who can strategically plan, forecast, and manage a year-round marketing calendar that brings together PR, events, digital, thought leadership, and private-sector engagement into one coherent rhythm.
Role Purpose
To elevate ATOLYE's visibility, voice, and commercial relevance by building and executing a highly strategic, proactive, and data-informed marketing calendar that aligns with:
ATOLYE's three multidisciplinary practices
Regional and global design/innovation event cycles
Media opportunities
Private-sector visibility
Strategic initiatives, launches, and partnerships
You will bring structure, foresight, and momentum to ATOLYE's brand presence across the region.
Build a rolling 12-18 month strategic marketing calendar integrating PR, events, campaigns, content, launches, exhibitions, and milestones.
Forecast upcoming opportunities tied to regional cultural and industry calendars.
Ensure alignment with practice leads and business development priorities.
2. Regional Events Strategy & Activation
Position ATOLYE at major cultural, design, architecture, and innovation events.
Secure speaking roles, exhibitions, panels, and partnerships.
3. PR Strategy Integration (Arabic + English)
Oversee bilingual press releases, media outreach, interviews, and features.
4. Awareness of ATOLYE's Three Multidisciplinary Practices
Build narrative platforms for Architecture, Experience Design, and Community & Learning.
5. Integrated Marketing & Content (Bilingual)
Develop and execute Arabic and English content across all channels.
6. Private-Sector Visibility & Relationships
Engage stakeholders in real estate, hospitality, tourism, culture, government, and tech.
7. Measurement, Analytics & Optimization
Track performance and refine strategy using insights.
8. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring alignment across the practice.

Expert at building structured, proactive, multi-channel marketing calendars.
Deep understanding of the MENA creative and innovation landscape.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
Able to translate multidisciplinary work into compelling narratives.
Strong command of modern content strategy, storytelling, and analytics.
Understands how private-sector decision-making connects to brand visibility.
Experience & Qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English (required).
10-12+ years in strategic marketing, PR, communications, or brand leadership.
Experience planning long-range marketing strategies and calendars.
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
* Experience in GCC creative, cultural, or design ecosystems is highly preferred.
