Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking a Head of Loyalty and Incentive Programs to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of incentive initiatives aimed at enhancing private sector engagement and boosting the competitiveness of Emirati talent in the UAE labor market. This leadership role involves developing policies, strengthening institutional partnerships, and ensuring the effective governance of programs that align with national strategic objectives, including the "Nafis" program.

What You'll Do

• Design and update incentive policies and programs for private sector establishments in collaboration with the Policy and Research Department.
• Develop incentive strategies to support Emirati workforce participation in line with national directives.
• Establish governance frameworks ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance in program implementation.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with federal and local entities to expand program reach and impact.
• Manage institutional partnership efforts, securing sponsorships for national initiatives.
• Engage with private sector organizations to gather insights and develop tailored programs.
• Monitor policy implementation, evaluate program performance, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and manage awards programs promoting excellence and motivation in the private sector.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to senior leadership.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in strategic planning, policy development, and program evaluation.
• Strong negotiation, partnership management, and institutional relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and driving results.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
