Growth Sales Manager - CX and Messaging Solutions - Dicetek LLC - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across A2P messaging, CPaaS APIs, WhatsApp Business solutions and CCaaS offerings. The Growth Sales Manager leads new business acquisition, expands existing accounts and manages a diverse CX portfolio for enterprise and mid-market clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets across A2P, CPaaS and CX offerings
  • Drive new client acquisition and expand existing account portfolios
  • Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Identify opportunities across UAE sectors and develop penetration strategies
  • Provide competitive insights to improve go-to-market positioning
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level, IT, digital, marketing and procurement teams
  • Lead pricing, proposals and RFP/RFQ submissions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
  • Position end-to-end CX solutions including messaging APIs, WhatsApp Business, Voice, RCS and CCaaS
  • Understand UAE messaging guidelines, operator ecosystem and compliance landscape
  • Work closely with presales, delivery and product teams for solution design and execution
Ideal Profile
  • 8-10 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE telecom, CPaaS or CX ecosystem
  • Proven success selling A2P messaging, CPaaS and preferably CCaaS solutions
  • Strong hunting and farming experience with new logo wins and account expansion
  • Good commercial judgment, negotiation abilities and deal-closing skills
  • Strong pipeline management discipline and CRM proficiency
  • Established UAE industry connections across BFSI, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, logistics and hospitality
  • Ability to articulate CX value and translate technical capabilities into business benefits
