Job Description
Our client, an international iGaming project with strong financial backing, building a world-class Live Dealer studio from the ground up, is looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Live Studio.
Location: Dubai, UAE (relocation package included)
Type: full-time
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and scale Live Studio operations from scratch.
- Recruit and lead global teams (dealers, management, production, IT).
- Develop and launch a portfolio of live dealer games (Roulette, Blackjack, game shows, etc.).
- Implement compliance, security, and world-class operational standards.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and long-term growth strategy.
- 5+ years of senior management in Live Dealer studios (Evolution, Pragmatic, Ezugi, etc.).
- Proven experience in launching or scaling large-scale live studios.
- Leadership of 100+ staff.
- Strategic, hands-on leadership style.
- Fluent English.
- Full relocation to Dubai, UAE.
