Reporting into the CEO, this person will be responsible for;
Design and set up a dedicated team that provides unparalleled services to clients.
Personally build and cultivate strong relationship with clients, understand their unique preferences, anticipate needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop current Sales force status, review capabilities, and make recommendations.
Onboard, classify and maintain detailed client profiles in accordance with GDPR and UAE Data Protection Laws.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop the annual event calendar and events.
Lead the refinement of business intelligence tools to improve client journey and internal reporting.

To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience;
Minimum 10 years of exclusive experience with well-known luxury brands. Either working for a luxury developer in a similar role or for a luxury fashion/ watches and jewellery maison in a leadership role with a focus on customer service and building CRM capabilities.
Demonstrated leadership experience; must have scaled or managed teams
Unwavering focus on customer experience.
Strong network of UHNWIs and well connected with them.
