About Us:

We are an international consulting firm specializing in accounting support, tax structuring, business registration, and legal tax protection. Due to company expansion, we are seeking a Head of Legal Department to lead our legal team and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead the legal department: task setting, deadline control, and team development. Provide legal support to clients: company registration, licensing, contract work, and immigration matters. Monitor changes in UAE and GCC legislation and manage legal risks. Support transactions and business structuring. Interact with government authorities, free zones, and regulators. Develop and implement internal policies and document templates. Prepare commercial proposals for non-standard cases and key clients. Control project budgets and initiate cost optimization measures. Support compliance and corporate governance processes.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong expertise in UAE corporate and commercial law. Knowledge of UAE legislation, including regulations in free economic zones and financial centers (DIFC, ADGM), immigration laws, and compliance procedures. Experience managing a team of 5+ people.

Fluency in English and Russian.

Ability to work in an intensive project environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
