Job Description
We are working with a fabulous entity, who are one of the pre-eminent groups in their sector based in Dubai. They are seeking a senior Lawyer with extensive experience in the UAE to manage and lead the legal function, providing support across a range of legal matters, including Real Estate.
In a position of seniority, where you will report directly to the group CFO, applicants will ideally have 8 years\' PQE coming from an in-house function or law firm. Successful applicants will have experience coming from organisations in the Real Estate sector, and day-to-day responsibilities include corporate and general commercial-related matters, with a key focus on leading and assisting in financing. Applicants should also be able to manage litigation and arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Our client is happy to consider those who are common law qualified with significant understanding of UAE laws. A strong commercial acumen is essential.
Remuneration range: \xc2\xa3170K - \xc2\xa3190K per annum tax free + bonus + benefits.
