Our client, a well respected and long established local group with multiple businesses across a diverse range of industry sectors is looking for a Head of Legal.
The role will the group's Legal expert for managing contractual and compliance matters across 8 different companies within the Group's holding, with industry sectors including Automotive, Electronic and General Trading.
Managing relationships with External Counsel will also be a key part of the role

Due to their Emiratisation project the successful candidate will be a UAE National, with a Law Degree with a miniumum of 3 years PQE experience in a corporate/commercial background, ideally with Compliance and/or Contracual experience.
