Job Key Details
- Responsible for the overall coordination and management of the kindergarten section activities and ensure all the programs are running smoothly, efficiently and effectively on daily basis
- Make sure all children are provided with adequate support for growth and development through guidance, counseling and relevant training
- Maintain an effective communication system between the students and parents
- Make sure the learning facilities are clean, hygienic and safe for learning
- Monitor teachers and ensure proper coverage of the syllabus throughout the year
- Determine annual objectives for the instructional and extracurricular programs
- Preserve academic and other school records
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent
- Practical experience in the same role required
- Excellent knowledge of the kindergarten and lower primary curriculum content
- Excellent leadership skills required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding coaching and mentoring skills for new teachers
