Job Title: Head of IT Infrastructure Location: Al-Shuaiba, Al Ahmadi Governorate, Kuwait Kuwaiti Nationality Only Salary Max 2500 KWD per month

Must have: At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

We are looking for a talented and exceptionally skilled Head of IT Infrastructure to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. You will be responsible for assessing the technology needs and maintaining IT Operations, including operating systems, security, applications, servers, email system, IT network, and IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will analyze current systems and assets, and recommend and implement solutions to meet the organization's short and long goals. Duties may include but will not be limited to: Overseeing IT operations and evaluating them according to established goals. Devising and establishing IT policies to support the implementation of strategies set by management Analyzing business requirements of all the departments to determine their technology needs Recommend efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and cybersecurity to the whole network. Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Audit systems and assess their outcomes Preserve assets, information security and control structures Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. Manage IT staff, by training, communicating job expectations, guiding, and appraising their performance.
