The Role:

As Head of IT, you'll lead our IT strategy, AI-driven automation, and CRM implementation (Zoho preferred). This is a

hands-on, strategic role

where you'll optimize workflows, improve IT operations, and drive digital transformation across the company.

What You'll Do:

Manage IT systems, networks, security, and cloud platforms. Identify inefficiencies and implement AI and automation solutions. Lead CRM implementation, build workflows, dashboards, and integrations. Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensure IT compliance, cybersecurity, and smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in IT leadership, digital transformation, or CRM projects. Strong AI/automation experience and IT administration skills. Proven CRM implementation experience (Zoho preferred). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Hands-on, strategic thinker with a collaborative leadership style.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
