We are looking for a Head of IT to take ownership of our CRM, ensuring seamless workflows, automation, and data integrity to support our sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize CRM workflows to enhance lead tracking and sales pipeline management Implement automation for follow-ups, task assignments, and lead nurturing processes Ensure CRM data integrity by maintaining accurate records, eliminating duplicates, and enforcing best practices Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies and reporting Generate reports and insights to track CRM performance, lead quality, and sales efficiency Manage CRM integrations with WhatsApp, Email, and SMS marketing tools (no coding required) Train agents and staff on CRM best practices, features, and new workflows Requirements

Proven experience managing Bitrix24, ideally in a real estate environment Strong understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, and automation workflows Ability to generate and analyze CRM reports for performance tracking Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve CRM efficiency Familiarity with API-based integrations (preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written Benefits

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience (5+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably within the real estate or related industry Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software implementation, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Excellent strategic planning and project management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships Familiarity with UAE regulatory and data privacy standards is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
