Job Description

We are looking for a Head of IT who can own our entire digital ecosystem, from mobile app experience to Zoho-driven automation and enterprise integrations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can architect, implement, and scale technology solutions that power seamless customer journeys and highly efficient internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Knowledge Management

Document all Zoho workflows, Deluge functions, and integrations in a structured and accessible way. Maintain clear, version-controlled documentation for mobile app code and architecture. Develop system maps, API reference guides, and process flow documentation to support continuity and scaling.

App Refactoring & Stabilization

Refactor and stabilize the Flutter iOS & Android apps to ensure long-term performance, security, and scalability. Optimize mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider) and implement best practices for maintainability. Ensure seamless connectivity between the app, Zoho, and third-party systems.

Zoho One Ecosystem Ownership

Maintain, document, and optimize Zoho One (CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, People, Inventory, Sign, etc.). Refactor existing workflows and scripts for stability and scalability. Ensure integrations with POS, payments, loyalty, and access control systems are reliable, secure, and well-documented. Deliver dashboards, reports, and process automations to enhance business efficiency.

Systems Reliability & Security

Proactively stabilize and monitor system performance across mobile, Zoho, and integrations. Enforce role-based access, data integrity, and IT security standards. Support internal teams with reliable systems, documentation, and clear technical processes.

Requirements

Must-Have:

5+ years of professional experience with Zoho One (CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, People, Inventory, Sign). Strong expertise in Deluge scripting, Zoho API integrations, and workflow automation. 5+ years of Flutter development (iOS & Android), with experience in code refactoring and stabilization. Proven track record of documenting systems and codebases in structured formats. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across both app and system integrations. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with Flutter/Firebase architecture. Webflow development experience. Experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, or multi-location businesses. Exposure to POS, loyalty, and access control integrations.
