Job Summary

Our Client is looking for a highly experienced Head of IT to lead the IT operations and ensure the successful delivery of our IT services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies to support the businesss objectives.

The Head of IT will be responsible for all IT services, including managing the IT department, developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT resources, and ensuring the security of the IT systems. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to work closely with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies to support the businesss objectives.

Oversee the day-to-day management of the IT department, including staff, resources, and systems.

Manage the budget for the IT department and ensure that IT services are delivered on time and within budget.

Ensure the security of the IT systems, including data protection and network security.

Monitor the performance of the IT systems and take action to ensure that they are running efficiently.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective use of IT systems.

Provide technical support and advice to users.

Keep up to date with the latest developments in IT technology and ensure that the IT systems are up to date.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Head of IT or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of IT systems and technology.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
