This executive role involves leading the Islamic Corporate and Investment Banking division, overseeing sharia-compliant financial transactions, managing performance targets, and driving growth in alignment with Islamic finance principles.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Islamic wholesale banking portfolio, including new business acquisition and market share expansion
• Lead and supervise sharia-compliant financial transactions across financing, investments, and risk management
• Monitor divisional financial performance, implement corrective measures as needed, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Oversee a team of professionals by setting goals, mentoring talent, and evaluating performance in collaboration with department leadership
• Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and financial institutions to strengthen FAB Islamic's market presence
• Ensure full compliance with Islamic finance laws, guidelines, and international banking standards
• Contribute to achieving the division's financial targets and support overall corporate strategy
• Act as a key point of leadership in aligning FAB Islamic's services with both commercial value and religious integrity

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within Corporate or Investment Banking
• Deep understanding of Islamic finance principles, instruments, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering results in a competitive banking environment
• Strong relationship management, strategy development, and performance monitoring skills
