The role
As the Head of Inclusion and Wellbeing you will be responsible for implementing the Active Inclusion framework and embedding the firm's global wellbeing strategy. This is a senior leadership role within HR, influencing alignment on global priorities and driving implementation across regions. Operating effectively in a global matrix structure, you will collaborate to deliver cohesive, integrated outcomes.
You will be the subject matter expert on inclusion and wellbeing, providing guidance and direction to embed these principles across the firm.
Working in close partnership with the Global Chief People Officer and HR leaders, as well as global and regional teams, you will drive inclusion and wellbeing priorities to enhance engagement and performance.
Who you will work with
You will report to the Global Chief People Officer, and you will work closely with senior Partners, leadership, and affinity networks.
You will also work with global HR leadership, the broader HR function, and practice area teams to embed inclusive practices, wellbeing principles, and support mechanisms into the firm's policies, talent lifecycle processes, and Our Code.
