Your profile

• You have bachelors or master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• You have at least 10- 15 years human resources and/or business experience including 5+ years of leadership experience with people management and partner management accountability in the middle east.
• You have proven success in inspiring and driving change in business.
• You have demonstrated the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
• You are open to approximately 30-40% domestic and international travel

Your responsibilities

• As a trusted partner to the Leadership in the region, as the Head of HR you will translate business requirements into human capital imperatives.
• You will lead and manage the HR Field organization for Region Middle East with approximately 2,800 employees
• You will drive implementation of a state-of-the-art HR Operating Model, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services at the interface between Field HR, Centers of Competence and Shared Services.
• Build solid, trusted relationships with the regional Leadership Teams, striking a delicate balance between consulting / advising and being a team member.
• Represent Siemens Energy externally and is connected in professional networks in the country / region representing Siemens Energy an inspiring leader.
• Understand the business and its strategy, be an active part of the decision-making process across all of the organization (sales, service, support functions, etc). Partner with business leaders to actively analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy.
• Understand the external world and its implications on the business and people strategy (industries, markets, customers, HR, people practice etc.)
• Collaborate with Global HR Business Partners to ensure alignment between global business / people strategy and local people strategy and related HR initiatives.
• Identify needs for change management and champion related activities
• Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations
• Enable regional businesses to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline
