The Role
Position Title: Head of Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the educational entities responsible of establishing policies and standards that effectively regulate technical and vocational educational. : . Manage the HR team ensuring that they are clear about expected standards of performance, motivated and developed to provide professional HR services. . Manage the development of people development tools and plans to ensure their compliance with leading practices including retention, career planning, training and development, succession planning and employee relations. . Ensure that effective and appropriate HR Policies and Procedures are in place which meet legal requirements, best practice, and organizational objectives. . Ensure that managers and staff receive effective and appropriate advice and support on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. . Continually review and monitor progress against the HR action and objectives and ensure that staff and budget resources are appropriately allocated and deployed.
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to UAE nationals . Male, 45 years old and below . At least 8 years of experience in Senior HR roles and managing people . Professional certifications will be an advantage How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
