The Head of HR for our client in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for leading the HR team and providing strategic direction to the organization in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
The successful candidate must have
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field,
minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior HR role.
strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Lead the HR team in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Develop and implement organizational development initiatives
Manage the HR budget
Monitor and report on HR performance metrics
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
