Role Overview
The Head of Growth & Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing the company's growth and marketing strategy. This role will lead user acquisition, brand positioning, campaign execution, and social media strategy, ensuring clear and compelling communication of complex financial products to a mass-market audience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Own and scale the company's social media presence with a consistent, engaging, and on-brand strategy
• Translate complex fintech offerings into simple, compelling customer messaging
• Collaborate closely with product, tech, compliance, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with business goals
• Track performance metrics, analyse results, and optimise campaigns for sustainable growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth, marketing, or brand leadership roles, preferably in fintech, financial services, or consumer tech
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
