The head of growth is responsible with the CEOs and CIGO for identifying growth opportunities, developing growth strategies and implementing them in order to increase Publicis Groupe\'s revenue and profitability.

-Get intimate with our offering: develop deep knowledge of all that Publicis Groupe has to offer and how it relates to a market need

-Grow the opportunity pipeline: leveraging current technologies, customer intimacy, and inter-company collaboration, and prospecting

-Diligence in delivery: Grow the opportunity pipeline through diligent and timely identification and qualification of new business opportunities and project management of high quality, competitive proposals - while utilizing existing resources efficiently

-Detail oriented: The Head of growth needs to ensure all documents are delivered to the highest level of quality and nothing falls through the cracks.

-Integration across the group: Drive alignment, participation and collaboration across various solution hubs and agencies across Publicis Groupe - especially for \xe2\x80\x9cPower of One\xe2\x80\x9d initiatives that involve multiple agencies and an integrated solution

-Building partnerships and collaborations: The head of growth may need to establish partnerships and collaborations with other companies or organizations in order to expand the company\'s reach and increase revenue.

-Staying up-to-date with industry trends: The head of growth needs to stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging markets in order to identify new growth opportunities and remain competitive.

Qualifications

-15+ years of prior relevant experience with majority of years in business development running program capture, planning pitching, and execution

-Demonstrated success leading, managing, and overseeing the business development activity for media/ creative / agency operations in MENA

-Sales leadership across the full lifecycle with a proven track record in meeting, as well as exceeding, Business Development goals.

-Ability to identify, establish and use important customer relationships with senior-level officials and program stakeholders

-Proven track record influencing and thinking through a consultative process, and closing complex contracts

-Possess the skills and ability to empower and engage people and instill drive and passion into the organization

-Proven ability to collaborate within and across organizational boundaries

-Strong track record of driving a culture of collaboration, innovation and empowerment

-Proven ability to have an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking out new opportunities and ways to drive growth and innovation.
