In this role you will have the chance to work with the world\'s leading experts in Non-destructive Testing (NDT) and play a key role in the development an dinstallation of state-of-the-art robotic systems. Main Tasks:
  • Set and implement sales growth objectives and plans
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Set and track sales objectives periodically
  • Determine competitive selling prices based on market factors
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Understand client business needs and goals
  • Lead staff to enhance client services
  • Expand client network and manage sales contracts
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations
  • Conduct market research and generate sales reports
Who We Seek:
  • 10+ years as a Sales Director, with P&L responsibility and executive engagement in an international setting
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
  • University degree in engineering/technical field; MBA is advantageous
  • Proven sales results and experience in commercial contracting
  • Proficiency in navigating complex sales processes
  • Sales experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) industry
  • Expertise in managing remote sales teams
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and willingness to travel (30%); including periodic visits to Zagreb HQ
