Job Description

The Head shall lead the entire function including responsibility for sales, operations, financial, and people results. He shall be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to achieve the financial objectives of Business Units engaged in

Luxury Furniture Retail, FF&E Procurement Services, and Recreational Facilities.

It involves driving business expansion with a strategic focus on opening new showrooms, introducing new luxury furniture brands, expanding our market presence, driving profitability, and enhancing our product offerings, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Min 10 years' experience in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility Strong understanding of luxury furniture and recreational facility market in the UAE and GCC. Demonstrated success in driving business expansion and opening new showrooms in the past. Strong connections within the high-end furniture and FF&E procurement industry - interior design studios, architects, developers, consultants, and private clients all over the GCC region. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Spearhead the expansion of the Business verticals into new markets Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the competitive position of each business sector. Lead the planning, design, and execution of new showrooms, strategically selecting locations to maximize brand visibility and accessibility. Establish relationships with luxury furniture brands for potential partnerships or acquisitions, enhancing the product portfolio and market positioning. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and government entities, to facilitate smooth business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success.
