Our client is a well-established international FX broker and online trading platform and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a manager with extensive experience in FOREX payments optimization in the FinTech sector to join their UAE team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of payment solutions roadmaps across all brands and markets.

Candidates must have strong experience in FX payment, portfolio and platform management services together with integrated commerce payment acceptance risk management, tokenization and analytics.

It is mandatory to have related experience in FX trading, CFDs, FOREX, FinTech, payments, financial services, digital wallets, digital loyalty programs, retail banking sectors.

Role Summary

• Work with merchants and payment providers to optimize payments and collections services and develop robust product roadmaps.

• Establish supporting use cases, solution definition statements, and product design and build requirements.

• Identify and conduct due diligence on new payment providers and onboard them smoothly.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8+ years' extensive experience in identifying and partnering with payment providers and driving optimization on settlements coverage, cost efficiency and customer experience.

• Strong working experience of acquiring and settlements payment platforms, systems and process which optimize payment facilitation, authorization rates, mitigate fraud and help merchants operate in a secure, tokenized environment.

• Strong commercial and business acumen with the aptitude to grasp business processes; design, manage and deliver projects.

Candidate Profile

• Currently living in the United Arab Emirates

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a professional work ethic.

Education

• Bachelor's degree
