The Role

This is the kind of FF&E role that designers dream about. A luxury residential interior design studio in Dubai, working at the very top end of the market, is looking for a Head of FF&E to lead their team as they enter a major growth phase. o You'll be working with the best luxury furniture brands, suppliers, and artisans in the world, selecting and curating pieces for clients where budgets are almost never a restriction. o Every project is a chance to be truly creative, crafting bespoke interiors that are finished to the very highest standards. o We're looking for someone who has built their career in luxury residential interiors, with a strong background in FF&E and experience working with custom and one-off pieces. o You'll be leading a small team and will have a big part to play in shaping how the studio grows while maintaining the level of quality they're known for. o This would suit a Senior FF&E Designer who aspires to be a leader or an FF&E Manager who has already had experience running small teams whilst staying creative. o If you love FF&E, have experience in the super-prime space, and want a role where you can fully flex your creativity, this is the one.

Requirements

We're looking for a Senior FF&E Designer or FF&E Manager with a proven background in luxury residential interiors, ideally with experience sourcing and curating bespoke and one-off pieces. You should be passionate about FF&E, confident leading a small team, and comfortable working directly with ultra-high-net-worth clients. A deep understanding of the top luxury brands, suppliers, and artisans globally is essential, along with a highly creative eye for detail and finish. This is an opportunity to take ownership of FF&E direction in a studio known for delivering world-class, super-prime interiors.
