This is a truly exciting time to be part of GEMS Wellington School - Qatar (WSQ). We are searching for a dynamic, hardworking and forward-thinking practitioner who possesses the skills, passion and creativity to lead an inclusive yet high-performing English department across the secondary school.
Alongside a team of passionate and innovative English specialists, the successful candidate will have a high level of autonomy to ensure English has a significant presence within our school community. They must possess an unwavering commitment to helping our students achieve their maximum potential and it is essential to have experience of delivering English Literature at A Level.

The successful candidate will:

The post is to commence in August 2026.
Qualifications and Experience - The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 4 years teaching experience, including at A Level. They will also have an appropriate teaching degree and Qualified Teacher Status.
