Job Description
A reputable and well-established company is actively recruiting a Head of Engineering for their team in the UAE.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee engineering operations.
- Lead engineering teams in the design, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing systems, utilities, and facilities.
- Allocate resources effectively to support projects and daily operations.
- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes.
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong project management skills with a history of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
